Review: First of all, this TV has excellent picture quality. The deep levels of black truly create very deep colors. The black bars at the top and bottom of some movies are almost invisible as if the picture was floating in the air if you view in a dark room. A very well engineered product.

The picture quality is fantastic and the sound is sufficient for casual normal use. "Cinema Smooth" feature is present on the panel. It delivers in the native 24p content, same frame rate as movies are recorded.

As for the network connectivity, it works great if you have wireless USB device. You can access music and photos as well as your yahoo widgets from your computer that are programmed into the TV. And it's fun doing this.

The overall styling of this model is gorgeous. And when friends come to visit you, they will be awed by this stylish TV.

Review on Samsung PN50B650 50-Inch 1080p Plasma HDTV:

After a good amount of research I decided to get Samsung PN50B650. It's been almost 3 weeks already and I could not be more happier. I am not a videophile, but picture looks outstanding and it actually looks better then my 1 year old Sony Bravia 52inch LCD. best feature is ability to stream content from your PC or USB memory stick or HDD. so far, I have not discovered format that it does not handle.

Review: I received this tv and the glasses last night. There is no issue with the glasses turning off randomly. The T.V works great the motion control is really cool. I did run the update right off the bat. This is not wireless unless you purchase an additional device. If you plan to mount this on the wall you will need 4 of the 6 millimeter pan head bolts. The picture is incredible both 3d and regular. You can rent the 3d movies through Vudu on the internet for 6.99!

Review: After researching both Plasma and LCD/LED Flatscreen Televisions online AND in local stores I decided that the new generation Plasma TV would be my choice, I cannot understand why people are paying THOUSANDS more for a 240hz TV when Plasma offers 600hz minimum? With the lifespan of both TV's reaching 100,000 hrs and burn in no longer being a problem..why not Plasma?? I've only had the TV a couple of days so I cannot comment on the longevity of the product but I can say that this TV by far has the BEST picture I've seen and I've been to every local Best Buy, Wal-Mart, Target, Conn's and local dealers....at least 5 time each.

It is a high quality plasma with excellent features and future expandability. It offers a near perfect picture across multiple inputs and types of content. It has pitch dark black level, scorching brightness, high color accuracy, and good motion processing. Colors are vibrant, tantalizing and mesmerizing. It looks perfect from any angle you will actually watch the TV without washing out the color, preserving the quality of the color.

It has 1920 x 1080 Resolution; 3 HDMI inputs for better viewing; and 2 types of contrast - native and dynamic.

Review: This huge TV was delivered on time and installed by two very competent and knowledgeable gentlemen who took the time to explain all the functions to me, and removed all the packaging (and there is a lot). We just love the huge screen, bright enough in our south facing room. Have had it over 7 months now and the acid test was the world cup from South Africa. Superb picture, no motion artifacts and a perfect view from any angle in the room. Blu-Ray discs give a true cinema experience, especially with the THX setting.

Saw some sports at a friend's four month old 46 inch Sony Bravia LCD and was surprised at how often fast motion artifacts occurred. Plasma beats LCD, I'm afraid.
Don't do gaming, so cannot rate it for that, but for Blu-Ray, live HD TV and even old-fashioned DVD - I don't think that one can do better than Panasonic' Plasma sets, especially the ones with THX certification.
